5 times Dennis Wise lost his cool as former Chelsea skipper sends warning to I'm A Celebrity camp mates

Dennis Wise has made the headlines for his alleged bullying of Iain Lee in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.

ITV bosses are set to investigate the claims after comments made towards Iain over the last couple of days.

It came after Dennis and Iain had strong words over last night’s Tutankha-Doom challenge, when they’d both put their names forward for it.

Former Chelsea skipper Wise was a fiery character on the pitch and was involved in a series of rows with teammates and opponents.

Prison sentence

Wise was handed a three-month prison sentence and stripped of the Chelsea captaincy in 1995 after assaulting a taxi driver.

The sentence was later overturned but Wise was forced to fork out over £1000 in damages.

Nicky Butt clash

Wise and Butt were involved in an infamous tussle at Stamford Bridge in 1999.

As the pair grappled for the ball, Wise pinched Butt on his thigh.

The Manchester United midfielder reacted, sending his opponent to the deck, and later saw red.

Muzzy Izzet throttle

The pair, who later became teammates at Leicester were involved in a spat at Stamford Bridge in 2000.

Wise got to grips with Izzet, who responded by throttling him round his neck.

Taking on Vieira and Henry

For a diminutive player, nobody could question Wise’s willingness to take on all comers.

And during his time at Leicester, he was involved in separate spats with the Arsenal duo.

The image of him squaring up to Vieira, who is around eight inches taller, lives long in the memory.

Attack on Callum Davidson

Wise was sacked by Leicester after an incident during a pre-season tour.

Left-back Davidson was left with a fractured cheekbone after the brawl in Finland.

Wise had the remaining two years of his contract terminated.

Wrestling with Gerry Taggart

Another clash involving a former teammate.

Wise was involved in a wrestle with former Foxes defender Taggart, comfortably taller and heavier, during a clash between Stoke and Millwall.
