Manchester United on red alert as Gareth Bale 'agrees to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season'

Gareth Bale has held talks with Real Madrid chief Florentino Perez and reportedly agreed to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The Welshman has been restricted to just 11 appearances in all competitions so far this season due to injury troubles.

Bale made his first outing in two months in the Copa del Ray win over minnows Fuenlabrada last week.

However, he suffered another setback and has missed their past two matches.

Bale has been a long-time target of Manchester United, with the Red Devils keen to bring him back to the Premier League despite his injury problems.

And it appears a return to England could be on the cards following discussions between Bale and Bernabeu boss Perez, according to Diario Gol .

The report claims the parties have agreed for the 28-year-old to end his time with the club next summer, providing Los Blancos receive an acceptable offer for his services.
